Conventional PCR kits are suitable for endpoint amplification; qPCR kits allow real-time monitoring of amplification through fluorescence signals for quantitative analysis; Direct PCR kits support rapid processing of tissue and cell samples, with lysates that can be directly used for amplification without the need for cumbersome nucleic acid extraction and purification steps.

This product series features high sensitivity, strong specificity, excellent reproducibility, and ease of operation, meeting a wide range of experimental needs from basic research to applied development.     HY-KE8002 Bst DNA Polymerase, Full Length

    Bst DNA Polymerase is derived from Bacillus stearothermophilus and has 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity and double-stranded specific 5'→3' exonuclease activity.

    HY-KE8008 T4 DNA Polymerase

    T4 DNA polymerase has 5′→3′ DNA polymerase activity and can catalyze the synthesis of DNA along the 5′→3′ direction with the presence of templates and primers.

    HY-KE8011 Phi29 DNA Polymerase(mutant)

    Phi29 DNA polymerase is a protein-engineered Phi29 DNA polymerase expressed in E. coli and then purified and isolated multiple times. Compared with wild-type Phi29 DNA polymerase, it has higher amplification efficiency and sensitivity, and can greatly shorten the reaction time.
