Sales Representative/Manager

Full Job Description

This is a full-time position with career advancement opportunities within the company. You must be available to work from Monday to Friday and willing to travel.

Your role

1. Ability to work independently to achieve sales growth and reach sales target for the MedChemExpress (MCE) product line in your sales area.
2. Promote MedChemExpress (MCE) brand and products in the responsible sales area.
3. Ability to interact well with customers and maintain good customer relationships, visit customers regularly, develop new customers, being professional and courteous.
4. Ability to professionally receive customer calls, chats and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
5. Ability to communicate accurate information regarding products, prices, product availability, and current promotions to customers.
6. Ability to work as an effective team player to ensure the highest level of efficiency and success for the team.
7. Cooperate with BD manager and marketing manager to participate in product branding and marketing events.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor's degree or above in life science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry and related disciplines.
2. Familiarity with biological or biomedical or biochemical or pharmaceutical industry, at least one year of relevant working experience (Preferred).
3. Willing to engage in sales work; can withstand certain work pressure.
4. Friendly and talkative, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility.
5. Good communication skills, ambition, strong customer service awareness.
6. Fluent in the local language and English, both oral and written.

EU Marketing Support Manager

Location based

Your role

1. Research and collect information on the European biopharmaceutical market, competing products, conferences and exhibitions, new products and other relevant information and provide feedback to the head office marketing team.
2. Represent MedChemExpress (MCE) as an exhibitor at academic conferences, exhibitions and vendor shows to increase brand awareness and expand market share.
3. Research and develop major industrial customers (e.g. big pharma, Biotech, etc.) and platform customers in major European markets such as UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, etc. and work with local sales teams to visit and maintain customers and promote the achievement of sales targets for industrial customers.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, biomedicine, etc. Excellent knowledge of life sciences products.
2. At least 2 years sales experience in life science products.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual learners are preferred.

Mandarin Bi-lingual Purchasing & Logistics Specialist

Your role

1. Procurement Receiving & Inventory Entry

Receive chemical products in accordance with purchase orders and accurately record receiving information in data tracking tables.

Promptly report any discrepancies or abnormalities to purchasing colleagues and follow up on resolution actions as instructed.

Track procurement packages and Manage customs clearance when needed.

Determine and execute product disposition based on the purpose of the purchase order.

Complete system inventory entry for stocked or order-related products; These products require repackaging and some need aliquoting.

2. Intercompany Stock Transfer & Fulfillment

Arrange products from NJ warehouse to affiliated warehouses as requested.

Handle shipment fulfillment on behalf of sister companies for their North America customers.

3. Shipments to Shanghai

Arrange and ship the following items to Shanghai as required:

Procured products;

Intercompany transfer products;

Customer samples and customer-order-related vials.

4. Procurement Inventory Management

Complete inventory entry for procured products and maintain accurate records to ensure full traceability.

Manage and maintain designated storage locations on a Weekly basis, ensuring proper documentation and organization.

Handle and resolve any special or exceptional situations arising in the course of the above responsibilities.

1. Bilingual in Chinese and English: Ability to work effectively in both languages.
2. Detail-oriented and responsible: The team handles high-value products and currently lacks system support; many details require manual verification (double-checking), so accuracy and carefulness are essential.

Your role

1. This position is expected 70% of the field work. (Customer visit & attending exhibitions, etc.) Participate in global training session and ensure updated professional knowledge on product of MCEand competitors.
2. Technical Support: Provide product & service training to distributors and customers in academia and industrial institute. Visit and maintain key accounts. Build network with KOLs and cultivate speakers.
3. Technical advice for our customers (academia customers & industrial customers) and partners/ distributors.
4. Product presentation and customer trainings as required depending on the business needs. Responsible for local marketing activity to ensure yearly sales goal achievement.

Required Skills
