Bioactivity: Measured by human IL-17F protein’s (HY-P70540) ability to induce IL-6 secretion in NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 12.46 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 8.026×104 U/mg.

Binding Affinity: When loaded on an NTA biosensor, human IL-17F protein (HY-P70540) binds Sonelokimab (HY-P99397) with an affinity constant of 2.859 × 10−10 M, as determined in BLI assay.
