Talaroderxine D (compound 4) has biofilm inhibitory effect. Talaroderxine D shows antimicrobial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 2.1 and 8.3 μg/mL[1].

In Vitro

Talaroderxine D (compound 4) shows potent cytotoxic activities in particular against MCF-7 and A431 cells with IC50s of 1.16 and 1.19 μM, respectively[1]. Talaroderxine D shows antimicrobial activity against B. subtilis and S. aureus[1].
