T4 DNA Ligase

Definition:

T4 DNA ligase can repair single-strand nicks of single-stranded or double-stranded nucleic acid, and catalyze phosphodiester bond between the 5'-P and 3'-OH ends of the sticky-ended or flat-ended double-stranded DNA or RNA with the help of cofactor ATP.
